Who I Am
As a Black Queer therapist, my practice is inseparable from my values. I see therapy as a place where the personal and political intersect — where identity, lived experience, and social context matter. This perspective shapes the way I listen, collaborate, and help clients find their own voice.
Creative Roots
I spent over a decade as a designer and brand strategist, collaborating with global teams and building creative identities. Over time, I began to notice the same themes of burnout, reinvention, and the search for meaning showing up. That journey is what ultimately led me to this work and shaped how I see people, stories, and transformation.
I understand the demands of creative industries firsthand - the long hours, the constant pressure to deliver, and the invisible weight of staying inspired.
Many of my clients are artists, designers, and leaders searching for clarity beyond burnout. I know what that feels like, and it is why I use both coaching and therapy to help others navigate the same crossroads I once faced.
What It’s Like to Work With Me
Clients often describe my work as compassionate, thoughtful, and grounding. I aim to create a space where you can bring your full self - where grief, anger, joy, and uncertainty are all welcome. My approach is flexible and responsive, shaped around your needs rather than a fixed formula.
I frequently work with people navigating attachment wounds, family dynamics, and struggles with perfectionism, vulnerability, and self-worth. I also support those seeking clarity in their careers, relationships, or personal goals.
Together, we connect the dots between past and present while focusing on actionable steps. We move at a pace that feels safe and sustainable, balancing insight with practical change so that growth becomes both meaningful and lasting.

-

I draw from a variety of modalities, such as CBT, IFS, and EMDR-informed exercises. The balance of these depends on you — where you are, what you’re carrying, and what kind of support feels most useful.
