How it Works

We begin with a 30-minute call to explore your goals and see if we’re the right fit.

Coaching sessions are typically 50 minutes, held weekly or bi-weekly.

Each session blends reflection, practical strategies, and accountability. Between sessions, you’ll experiment with new tools and track your progress.

Life coaching is not covered by insurance. Coaching is considered a self-pay service since it is not a medical or mental health treatment.

Most clients begin with a monthly package at $600, which includes four sessions at a discounted rate to help build consistency.
Individual sessions are available for $175.
Sliding scale options are offered to ensure coaching is accessible.

This depends on what you want to acheive with your coaching. Many clients work with me for three months to a year to create sustainable change. I encourage clients to make a minimum three-month commitment for optimal results.
